This is absolutly ridiculous!!!!!!! I am pretty much disgusted that someone would say this. He claims that black people are less intelligent and he has found evidence in the DNA. Read for yourself.

Such unscientific nonsense. As a scientist, he should know better than to base such a broad claim on his own very narrow experience.
As for his remark about not promoting black people who haven't yet succeeded at their present job level, it doesn't take a PhD to figure out that you shouldn't do this with white people either.
There are a variety of possible reasons that anti-poverty policies have not succeeded in Africa. Cultural differences, political upheaval, foreign exploitation and scarce natural resources are a few of them.
Sigh. Just goes to show, even smart people can say really dumb things.
Generally, without the freedom of speach does not exist any freedom. The freedom of speach is one of most discussed subjects in last years in the world. The conflict between different cultures and civilisations has at its centre this issue of the right of the individual to say anything. The freedom of speach is the guarantee of social progress, but, however, not all the people are able to progress. Some of us will remain behind. This fact is normal, the natural selection is working. We are free to say anything, but it is necessary to assume all the consequences, whatever they are. On the other side, I don’t think that the freedom of speach means to denigrate and to libel a culture, a race or a civilisation. The article from Times is completly nauseating. It hit on black people without any argument. I can not believe that a scientist can say something like that...
